3. At this juncture, reference has also been made to a letter written by the petitioner to the District Manager, Purnea, wherein he has stated that he has received all the outstanding

Patna High Court MJC No.956 of 2022(5) dt.23-06-2025 2/2 dues and he has asked his counsel to take back the contempt case.

4. In view of the aforesaid, the present petition stands disposed of as not pressed.
