For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Arun Kumar Singh For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Ataur Rahman ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 29-08-2018 Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 26.6.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 30427 of 2018.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is not Director of the Company, as such this application has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail.
Heard learned APP also.
Once prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner has been rejected, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the earlier order, rather petitioner to surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit, without being prejudiced by this order.
With the above observation, this application is dismissed. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) spal/- U
