The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 90 of 2022 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by order dated 19.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54314 of 2022 with an observation to learned trial court to expedite and conclude the trial and vide order dated 10.11.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 74393 of 2023 the bail petition of the petitioner was dismissed as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39114 of 2024(3) dt.19-07-2024 2/2 withdrawn.

In pursuance to the direction of this Court, a report, dated 05.07.2024, with regard to present stage of trial has been received and the same is kept at flag 'A'. From its perusal it appears that the trial may be concluded within a period of 6 months.

No fresh ground is made for reconsideration of the regular bail of the petitioner. Hence, prayer for grant of regular bail is rejected.

Accordingly, petition stands disposed off.

However, learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within stipulated period ie. 6 months., failing which, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer of bail. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Nirajkrs/- U T
