2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to file a detail representation before the Deputy Development Commissioner cum Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad Darbhanga, for the redressal of his grievance as prayed

Considering the reliefs as prayed for in the present writ petition, the petitioner, if so advised, may file a detail representation before the Deputy Development Commissioner Cum Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad Darbhanga (respondent no.6) to consider his case in the light of order dated 17.04.2009 passed in CWJC No.4876 of 2009 and order dated 21.01.2010 passed in CWJC No.18372 of 2009 and the respondent no.6 will consider the same and dispose of expeditiously.
