The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Begusarai Mufassil PS Cas No. 576/2017 for the offence under Sections 447, 379, 384, 386, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that other named co-accused persons in the instant case have been granted bail except the present petitioner. He submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The present case is the result of land dispute.
From the order sheet of the court below it appears that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49590 of 2018(2) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 the petitioner's side has lodged SC/ST Case No. 111/2017 against the informant and as such the instant case has been registered against the petitioner as counter blast. Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Mufassil PS Case No. 576/2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
