1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant based on suspicion and he is in custody 09.03.2024.

4. It is further submitted that similarly situated coaccused Vivek Kumar and Shafiq Alam @ Mister have been granted the privilege of regular bail by a learned Coordinate Bench by an order dated 13.05.2024 and 02.04.2024 in Cr.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33997 of 2024(2) dt.17-05-2024 2/2 Misc. No.18569 of 2024 and Cr. Misc. No.22464 of 2024 respectively.

5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-1st, Nawada in connection with Muffasil P. S. Case No.74 of 2023.

7. The application stands allowed.

8. Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned trial Court forthwith as it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is to appear in the examination of Bihar Elementary Teachers' Test.
