JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-06-2019 Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was dismissed vide order dated 17.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73944 of 2018 and allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of 288 litres of liquor from his house and further he is accused in two other cases.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that he has sufficiently been punished for the offence, as he has been in judicial custody since 25.09.2018 and there is no likelihood of conclusion of trial in near future and he is ready to abide by any condition imposed on him for grant of bail.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand)
