Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that the respondents have admitted that petitioner is medically fit and has also made a clear statement in paragraph no. 5 that the petitioner got 47 marks in the examination and was called for medical examination on 21.08.2011. It is the case of the petitioner that petitioner having obtained 47 marks and physically fit as has been granted certificate after review by the Medical Board, he became
Patna High Court CWJC No.22602 of 2012(6) dt.28-06-2024 2/2 eligible to be selected either in C.R.P.F., S.S.B. and B.S.F. organization of the government.
3. This Court is constrained to pass any order directing the respondents in absence of the eligibility criteria mentioned in the advertisement, however, the petitioner may file a detailed representation and make a request before the respondents concerned for considering him to be appointed in either of the organization.
4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
