The only grievance of the petitioners is that in pursuant to notice issued by Land Acquisition Officer, Sheohar, they filed their objection within time but the Land Acquisition Officer, Sheohar has not passed any order on the objection of the petitioners.

Therefore, in the aforesaid circumstance, this writ petition stands disposed of directing the District Land Acquisition Officer, Sheohar (respondent no. 4) to dispose of the objection
