JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 02-08-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 452 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 417, 418, 419, 420, 466, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he in collusion with other accused persons made some manipulation in the tabulation chart of computer data-based of Bihar School Examination Board, in which a committee was constituted which found that forgery was committed and petitioner is one of the beneficiaries.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that two cases were lodged in connection with above case, one is present and another is Dandari P.S. Case No. 51 of 2017 and

Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Vigilance also, who has submitted that petitioner is one of the beneficiaries and he in collusion with the staff of Bihar School Examination Board by making manipulation in the chart of computer data-based, the forgery was committed. Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let petitioner, above named, surrender before the learned court below by 13.08.2019 and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered by the learned court below, and if possible, be disposed of on the same day.
