2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, considering the fact that he will avail the remedy before the Chief General Manager, Madhya Bihar Gramin Bank, Patna (respondent no.4).
3. The petitioner was engaged for a long period of 12 years (till January, 2010) and used to receive regular wages.
4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances
Patna High Court CWJC No.16818 of 2012(4) dt.16-05-2024 2/2 of the case, the representation of the petitioner, if so filed, is directed to be disposed of within a period of six weeks from the date of its filing in accordance with the settled principle of law in this regard by the Apex Court.
5. With the above observation/direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
