The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 367 of 2017 registered under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. Husband of the deceased is already in custody. Further submission is that similarly situated several co-accused persons have already been allowed anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc.
