JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 09-08-2017 In the matter of transfer of the petitioner, the writ Court has refused to interfere and has held that if no post is available in the office where the petitioner has been transferred, the authorities shall look into the matter, as already directives are there to place the petitioner wherever the post is vacant. Keeping in view the aforesaid, no indulgence into the matter pertaining to transfer of the petitioner way back in February 2015 is called for.
Accordingly, we find no reason to interfere into the
Patna High Court LPA No.1258 of 2015 (2) dt.09-08-2017 2/2 matter and the appeal stands dismissed.
