JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 20-09-2017 Today a cheque of Rs. 8,28,513 /-, dated 13.09.2017, has been handed over to the counsel for the petitioner. Stand has been taken that this is full and final settlement in addition to the remaining payment of Rs. 4,16,592/-, which has been received by the petitioner on 02.09.2017.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a letter, addressed to the Registrar of the university by the Principal of the college, where the amount shown payable to the petitioner is Rs. 10,93,571/-.

On a production of a copy of this order by the petitioner before the Registrar of the university, the Registrar of the

Patna High Court MJC No.1693 of 2015(4) dt.20-09-2017 2/2 university must explain the reason for discrepancy in the payments, so made and payment, which was recommended. It is obligatory upon him to do so forthwith.
