JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI) 31-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the appellants and counsel for the respondents. Perused the impugned order, dated 23.07.2015. The Learned Single Judge has rightly dismissed the writ application on the question of law that in view of the newly notified Act of 2013, especially the clear stipulation in Section 24(2) of the Act, the proceedings have lapsed. The challenge to Section 48 for denotification of the so called acquired land, therefore, cannot be gone into.
Appeal has no merit. It is dismissed.
