====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI and HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI) 07-09-2017 Since the compassionate appointment is not a fundamental right and the object behind such appointment is to provide immediate succor to the family on the death of the bread earner, this Court keeping in mind that more than 12 years has gone past since the mother, who was also a compassionate appointee, passed away, the Court is not enthused that compassionate appointment should be used as a mode to find employment to otherwise unemployable or unemployed children of a Government servant.

Patna High Court LPA No.1890 of 2015(2) dt.07-09-2017 2/2 Appeal is dismissed.
