Mr.A.G ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 67 of 2020 registered under Sections 313, 376, 341, 323, 504, 506/34 IPC and 3 and 4 of the POSCO Act. Allegation against the petitioner is that he established physical relation with the victim girl, taken her to his house and when the girl became pregnant, he got aborted the fetus and later on the petitioner and his family members tried to eliminate her by pouring kerosene oil.

Considering the nature of allegation, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The prayer is, accordingly, rejected.

However, the trial court is directed to conduct the trial

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25443 of 2020(3) dt.06-01-2021 2/2 on day to day basis and conclude the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The Superintendent of Police, Sitamarhi is directed to ensure examination of all the prosecution witnesses so that the trial is concluded within the time as indicated above. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) spandey/- U T
