The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 302, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, it is a case of dowry death due to nonfulfilment of dowry demand made by the petitioners including the other accused persons.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioners are brother-in-law and Gotani of the deceased respectively and they got married about more than ten years ago and from the said wedlock, two sons and one daughter were

The elder son of the petitioners is aged about seven years, second issue is daughter aged about five years and the third issue is aged about two and half years. He further submits that petitioners are not residing in the village as the petitioner no.1 is a Nozal Man Labourer at Maniram Petrol Pump, Laukahi situated at Jhabri Chowk and he is residing there along with his family members. Petitioners have clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I, Jhanjharpur, District- Madhubani in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 63 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Brajesh Kumar/- U T
