Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file a detailed representation before the Municipal Commissioner, Sasaram Nagar Nigam for the relief, as prayed for in paragraph 1 of the writ petition and in view of the claim of the petitioner made in paragraph no.14 that similarly situated other employees have been given the benefit, as claimed by the petitioner.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission made on

Patna High Court CWJC No.17204 of 2012(3) dt.21-06-2024 2/2 behalf of petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation along with all the supporting documents before the Municipal Commissioner, Sasaram Nagar Nigam, who shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner, well within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.
