The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the IPC.

It is a case of commission of murder of the informant's son, namely, Saddam by the accused persons. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and specific allegation of assault is against co-accused Md. Saukat by means of iron rod on the son of the informant, as a result of which, he died. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Araria in connection with Jokihat P.S.
