At the outset, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the issue, raised in the writ application, has already been decided by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 22-07-2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4286 of 2018. It is also submitted that during pendency of the writ petition, respondents have taken a decision to terminate the services of petitioners. Patna High Court CWJC No.8973 of 2019(6) dt.21-01-2021 2/2 11-10-2019, has been brought on record vide Annexure 11 to I.A.No.1/2019.

Learned counsel for the State respondents does not dispute the aforesaid facts and raises no objection. Accordingly, this writ application is allowed in terms of order dated 22-07-2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4286 of 2018. Order of termination dated 11.10.2019 (Annexure 11 to I.A.No.1/2019) is quashed.
