JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 15-05-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No.8016 of 2019, but he could not surrender before the court below within stipulated period and makes a prayer for extension of time for surrender. In such view of the matter, the period of surrender before the Court below is further extended by four weeks. Accordingly, this modification application is allowed and the order dated 13.02.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.8016 of 2019 is modified to the above extent. (Shivaji Pandey, J) pawan/- U T
