The petitioner seeks bail in Gogri P.S. Case No. 137 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. 30 litres of Mahua liquor and several articles which are used in manufacturing wine has been recovered from the field of co-accused Pankaj Yadav.

It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Recovery has been made from the field of co-accused Pankaj Yadav. Petitioner is in custody since 29.03.2021 having no criminal antecedent, as stated in para 3 of the petition. Investigation is complete. Considering the period of custody coupled with the

Case No. 137 of 2021.
