2. The present modification has been preferred on behalf of the petitioners to modify the order dated 22.03.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No.14360 of 2023.

3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the aforesaid writ petition was disposed of on 22.03.2024 but in cause title portion of C.W.J.C. No.14360 of 2023, due to inadvertence certain mistakes have occurred and so in the order sheet dated 22.03.2024, which may be corrected. The correct party position may be corrected to extent as indicated below: "7. The District Programme Officer, (Establish) Rohtas at Sasaram in place of The District Programme Officer (Establish), Rohtas.

It is further submitted that as the party position has now been changed, hence the petitioners may be directed to file fresh representation before the respondent nos.6, 7 & 8 in place of respondent nos.5 and 6. Accordingly, in para-5 of the order in place of respondent nos.5 and 6 in should be read as respondent nos.6,7 & 8, who will be responsible for non-compliance of the order.

5. Accordingly, the order dated 22.03.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No.14360 of 2023 is modified to the extent as indicated above and this application is disposed of. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Trivedi/- U
