The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Hulasganj P.S.Case No. 101 of 2017 registered under Sections 414 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the allegation made in the FIR that the petitioner had handed over the stolen motorcycle to co-accused Ravi Ranjan for sale, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
