2. The present writ petition has been filed for payment of full amount of arrear of salary arising out of sanction of Time Bond Promotion which was granted to the petitioner in the year 2009.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the State has granted Time Bond Promotion with effect from 2009 and after that according to the pension of the petitioner was revised but

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has filed a detailed calculation chart before the authority concerned and the authority concerned after considering the same has issued Annexure-4 in favour of the petitioner by which the authority concerned has found that the petitioner is entitled for only Rs. 42,319/- and the same has already been paid to the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the District Education Officer, Patna (respondent no. 4) and he shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass necessary orders in accordance with law and if it is found that the petitioner is entitled for the same, the same shall be released within the period of three months.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
