JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 06-12-2017 Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is working as labourer and therefore, he could not arrange the amount of arrear as directed by this court in order dated 25-072017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10412 of 2017. He makes prayer for modification in the order and submits that further two months' time be allowed to make payment of arrears of maintenance amount as per direction of this court.

This modification application is accordingly allowed. The petitioner is given two months' further time from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order for the payment of arrears of amount of maintenance to the wife as ordered by this court and thereafter, the petitioner will be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57892 of 2017 (2) dt.06-12-2017 2/2 on bail on the same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 25-07-2017 passed by this court in Cr. Misc. No. 10412 of 2017.
