JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 08-07-2022 Mr. Mrityunjay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the petition of Criminal Miscellaneous No. 72147 of 2021 due to typographical error in the prayer portion a mistake was committed with respect to the designation of the court which was wrongly typed as the court of "Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- 1st Khagaria", whereas it should have been the court of "Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- 1st Saharsa".

It is submitted that because of the said mistake the order dated 19.05.2022 passed by this Court also records the designation of the court as per the prayer made in the petition of Criminal Miscellaneous No. 72147 of 2021. He prays for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34132 of 2022(2) dt.08-07-2022 2/2 making correction in the records.

The learned APP for the state does not oppose this application.

In the given facts and circumstances, this application is allowed. The petitioner is directed to make correction in the petition.

Accordingly, the order dated 19.05.2022 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 72147 of 2021 is also required to be corrected and the same is hereby ordered. Let in the operative part of the order dated 19.05.2022, the designation of the court be read as "Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- 1st Saharsa". Rest of the order shall remain intact.
