2. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already ventilating his grievance by way of representation dated 10.02.2026 (Annexure P/6) to the Respondent No. 2, i.e., the Executive Director, the present writ petition is disposed of

Patna High Court CWJC No.7163 of 2026(2) dt.06-05-2026 2/2 directing the Respondent No. 2, i.e., the Executive Director to consider the same strictly in accordance with law. The authority shall endeavor to dispose of the said representation as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. Any decision taken by the authorities shall be communicated to the parties.

3. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
