The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case no. 555 of 2013, registered under Sections 406, 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that complainant Asar Quadri established a Firm for dealing the business of purchase and sale of bakery and in July, 2010 he appointed to Syed Arshad Quadri (petitioner) as an agent for extension of business for one year, but petitioner claiming himself as Proprietor appointed to Satish Kumar, as agent and both misappropriated the earning of the Firm. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M. Daudnagar in connection with Complaint Case No. 555 of 2013, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
