The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Uchkagaon P.S. Case No. 128 of 2017 registered under Sections 363 and 366A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure wherein she has alleged that she was forcibly abducted by the petitioner and others and she was raped by them, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
