Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Brahmpura P.S. Case No. 214 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 419, 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 323, 504 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XII, Muzaffarpur.

Prayer of the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 9.3.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 49815 of 2016.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that husband of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29699 of 2019(2) dt.15-05-2019 2/2 petitioner No. 1 has already been granted regular bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.3.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 9030 of 2017 after depositing money as mentioned in the aforesaid order.

This Court does not find any new ground to consider anticipatory bail application of the petitioners. Therefore, prayer of the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected.

Petitioners are directed to surrender in the court below and make prayer for regular bail taking plea that husband of petitioner No. 1 has deposited the amount and on the basis of which, he has been granted regular bail by coordinate Bench of this Court, which shall be considered by court below on the same day in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order.
