Patna High Court CWJC No.10951 of 2015 dt.03-01-2018 2/3 27.11.2017, we find that investigation into the matter is already in progress. In about eight cases, as are detailed in para 7, the investigation has been completed and the charge-sheets have been submitted. In three cases remaining, further investigation is in progress and it is also indicated in the report that the role of the Sanskrit Shiksha Board and the official concerned are also under scrutiny in the investigation under progress. In view of the status report filed by the C.B.I., we find that action has already been taken with regard to the issue in question and no further indulgence into the matter is called for at this stage. The writ petition was filed with regard to the illegalities reported in Muzaffarpur Postal Division and the counter affidavit filed by the Union of India and the status report of the C.B.I. indicate that they are looking into the matter with regard to the Division in question.

Though learned counsel for the petitioner tried to indicate that this Court had suo motu made certain observation with regard to the illegalities committed in other Divisions of Bihar, we are not inclined to expand the direction to Divisions other than Muzaffarpur.

In case there are illegalities in other Divisions, the matter may be brought to the notice of C.B.I. in accordance with
