Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jadiya P.S. Case No. 16 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, two miscreants came from behind on motorcycle and stopped the informant on gun point and the pillion rider snatched cash of Rs. 50,144/- along with Adhar Card and Pan Card from the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 16.06.2022 and there is no

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35031 of 2023(2) dt.12-07-2023 2/2 recovery from the possession of the petitioner. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and he submits that the petitioner has six criminal antecedents.

Considering the large number of cases registered against the petitioner which are of similar nature, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby dismissed.

The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
