JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 20-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by order dated 28.3.2017 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 50424 of 2015.

From the allegation, it appears that the petitioner is Government servant working as Headmaster of the school and he has performed second marriage and neglecting his first wife. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on merit by this Court.

From the conduct of this petitioner it appears that although he is a government servant but he is neglecting his first

Therefore, this Court does not find any merit in the second anticipatory bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below and make prayer for regular bail which will be disposed off by the court below in accordance with law.
