The petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No. 05 of 2019 arising out of P.R. No. 01/2018-19, instituted for the offence under Section 20(B) of NDPS Act, 1985. It is alleged in the written report that 35 Kg. Ganja was recovered from vehicle in which petitioner along with other accused was found sitting.

Keeping in view the recovery of huge quantity of Ganja from possession of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail stand rejected. Petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six
