JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The perusal of the impugned order goes to show that except confessional statement of co-accused as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. Petitioner is in jail custody for near about one year but admittedly, he was not put on test identification parade in course of investigation. Moreover, the investigation against the petitioner has already been completed.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above
