2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:
"(i) To command the respondents to pay the due salary from 08.07.2011 till date (ii) To command the respondents to pay the salary regularly to the petitioner.
(iii) To grant any relief/reliefs for which he petitioner is found entitled for."
3. In sum and substance, her contention is that though she was validly engaged as a daily wager on a Class-III post in the college and her name was also forwarded to the University, and despite her having worked and continuing to work on the same post, payment is not being made.
4. Learned counsel for the University very fairly submitted that the period she has worked and is working, she is required to be paid her dues.
5. Learned counsel for the State also took a similar stand.
6. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 7 to ensure that the petitioner is paid arrears of her dues for having worked as daily wager on the post for the period she has worked and also the current payment for the work she has been discharging in the college with effect from 08.07.2011, which is the date reflected in the official chart prepared
