3. The learned APP submits that by order dated 21.08.2024, the petitioner was given one week time for removing the defects pointed by the office. It is next submitted that from office report dated 28.08.2024, it would manifest that the same records:- "earlier SR defects still stands."

4. The learned APP for the State, thus, submits that this amply demonstrates that petitioner has lost interest in the case.
