====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-02-2023 The present petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this writ application is being filed for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ for quashing the order dated 07.03.2013 passed by Sri Anil Kumar Sinha the Administrator General (Bihar) Patna in L.A. Case No.107/2011 whereby the learned Administrator General of Bihar has rejected the application of petitioner to grant succession certificate u/s 29 of the Administrator General Act, 1963 to collect the outstanding amount of service benefit of Rs.1,46,635/- of her husband/ deceased and for family pension and has illegally decided the matter of divorce against the petitioner."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the present writ petition has been rendered

Patna High Court CWJC No.15054 of 2013(3) dt.20-02-2023 2/2 infructuous, during the interregnum period, hence, the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the same.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
