2. Mr. Purushottam Kumar Jha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the issued involved in the present writ application relates to pay anomaly and stated that as Pay Anomaly Committee has invited objections from the persons aggrieved by the pay fixation.

3. Mr. Jha further submits that the objection has been

Patna High Court CWJC No.16870 of 2012 dt.27-08-2018 2/2 invited through the Association of the Employees and as such the petitioner has difficulty in representing the Pay Anomaly Committee in personal capacity, unless the Court directs the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner.

4. The issue of pay revision and pay anomaly ultimately affects the right and interest of the individual and as such the Court finds substance in the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is aggrieved by the pay anomaly and he should be heard by the Pay Anomaly Committee in the matter of pay anomaly.

5. Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Pay Anomaly Committee along with a copy of this order within a period of one month. In case, the petitioner files representation raising pay anomaly, the Pay Anomaly Committee will address the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law on such representation expeditiously.
