1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has stated that after the orders of the Hon'ble Supreme Court passed in the case of Power Grid Corpn. of India Ltd. v. Century Textiles & Industries Ltd., (2017) 5 SCC 143 the present writ petition is not maintainable and the petitioner may be directed to make a representation/application before the appropriate forum to ventilate his grievances and the same forum may be directed to pass necessary orders on the

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has also agreed for the same.

3. Having regard to the above made submissions, the present writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the petitioner to make a representation/application before the appropriate forum within a period of four weeks from today and on such representation/application being made, the same shall be considered by the forum in accordance with the Telegraph Act, 1885 and the orders of the Hon'ble Supreme Court passed in the case of Power Grid Corpn. of India Ltd. v. Century Textiles & Industries Ltd., (2017) 5 SCC 143.

4. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
