The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 308, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of assault by the accused persons upon the informant, namely, Md. Farook.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the informant sustained four injuries as mentioned at Annexure-3 to the petition and the injury no.1 was neck pain and other injuries are simple in nature. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Jamui in connection with Sono P.S.
