The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, it is a case of snatching the cash amount of Rs.6,000/- from the pocket of the informant as also a gold chain by the accused persons.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that no snatching money was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31100 of 2022(2) dt.16-11-2022 2/2 Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Aurangabad in connection with Jamhore P.S.
