2. The petitioner seeks modification of order dated 18.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.84177 of 2023 on the ground that the petitioner is not able to give name, as well as, address of the Company. For selling whose products, the petitioner has been allegedly facing present criminal prosecution.

3. The petitioner was granted pre-arrest bail with some conditions, vide order dated 18.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.84177 of 2023, as such, he must file an affidavit along with the agreement to sale the product of C.P.V.C. Flow Guard Pipe and Supreme Gold Water Tank with the original company

4. I am constraint to modify the order in any manner though the provision of Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C. puts bar not to put any condition.

5. In such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned district court and seek regular bail. The learned District Court is directed to consider the regular bail application of the petitioner on the same day without being prejudiced by the order dated 18.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.84177 of 2023.

6. Accordingly, the present modification application stands dismissed.
