The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The recovery made from open field of co-accused Pramod Kumar @ Mukhiya. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. As per FIR, name of the petitioner has been transpired on the basis of confidential information.
