The petitioner is in custody since 27.03.2022 in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No.160 of 2022 registered for offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

There is recovery of 150 litres of country made liquor from the seized motor-cycle which does not belong to the petitioner Considering the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 27.03.2022, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Excise Court No.1, Gaya in connection

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30220 of 2022(2) dt.20-08-2022 2/2 with Fatehpur P.S. Case No.160 of 2022.

The petitioner will visit Fatehpur Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
