Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 70 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The alleged recovery is from the house of co-accused Harishankar Bhagat. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

Case No. 70 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
