The present contempt application has been filed against the interim order dated 03.10.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 18580 of 2012.

A show cause has been filed by the opposite party

Patna High Court MJC No.1274 of 2015 (8) dt.05-02-2018 2/3 nos. 2 and 3 in which they stated that while passing the aforesaid order, the Opposite Party- Certificate Officer had been given liberty to take steps in the matter. It was under such circumstances, the Certificate Officer had proceeded in the matter and also because in connection with the similar matter, the order dated 12.07.2013 has been passed calling upon the Certificate Officer to take needful steps in the matter in accordance with law. It appears that much water has flown since then and the car belonging to the petitioner which had been seized has since been released after payment of costs. It appears that there was no such a proceeding pending before the Certificate Officer, as is evident from the order. Thus, on perusal of the show cause and the materials which have surfaced, it appears that there is no violation of the order passed by this Court.

The contempt application stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to contest the matter in a writ which is already before this Court vide C.W.J.C. No. 18580 of 2012.

Let the C.W.J.C. No. 18580 of 2012 be placed before an appropriate Bench after obtaining necessary
