The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of assault at the head of informant.

Submission is that the petitioner is a female. She has got no criminal antecedent. The alleged injury was simple in nature. There is case and counter case between the parties. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49500 of 2018(2) dt.24-09-2018 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 16 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
